Description

It is recommended that a duct be filled to about 50% of its depth with optical fibre cords. Thus, a 300 mm wide duct typically can carry about 5850 of 1.6mm dia optical fibre cords or about 1650 of 3mm dia. optical fibre cords, without causing excessive stress on them. De duct is made of tough Noryl plastic with a non ‐ halogen fire retardent. The cover does not have hinges; it clips onto the duct. The duct connects to other 300mm duct sections and various bends, adapters etc., using the slotless joiner (Part No: TC1279‐287A). A duct mounting Kit (Part No: TC1279‐297KIT), is available separately
