The pigtail radius guide Kit is used to ensure that fibre remains stress free when it is ‘bent’ around corners, ie. when laid out in a building or equipment racks. It is basically a plastic former that presents a 70mm diameter, into which a pigtail can be clipped to provide protection against kinking. One guide provides a 90 degree bend, but the guides are interlocking so that many can be joined to form U turns, circles & spirals ‐ as required.
