Description
The SNAP-B16MC rack mounts a compatible SNAP brain (such as the serial B3000 or the SNAP-UP1-ADS) and sixteen SNAP I/O modules. Analog, digital, and serial modules can be mixed on the same rack; digital modules can be placed in the first eight positions only. Field devices are wired to top-mounted removable connectors on the SNAP I/O modules. This rack also provides a screw-type terminal strip for field wiring common connections such as loop power distribution.
This rack is not suitable for SNAP PAC brains and rack-mounted controllers; see the SNAP-PAC-RCK16.
