Description
This is a split, convoluted tube that is used as a flexible take off point with either: 50, 100 or 220mm ducting systems. The split, convoluted tube is typically used with: a Drop-Off Assembly (Part No: TC1279-41A); a Drop Off Kit (Part No: TC1279-41Kit); an End Cover 100mm duct, with 2 x Ø46mm holes (Part No: TC1279-57C); or a Top Outlet Assembly, Vertical Outlet (Part No: TC1279-307ASL) or Horizontal Outlet (Part No: TC1279-290ASL); which are available separately. For 100mm duct, with end cover Part No: TC1279-57C, two drop-off tubes can be installed at the end of the duct. A Drop-Off point allows optical fibre cords to be fed from the overhead ducting system to transmission equipment located in a lower rack. The split, convoluted tube assembly consists of an inner and an outer split tube set. It is recommended for up to a maximum of 60 – Ø3mm optical fibre cords.
